FOUR URLS, AND DELIBERATELY NO PITCH PAGES. `/field/:id` is a real public
route and would be legitimate here, but production has ONE pitch: a sitemap
listing it would need regenerating every time a pitch is added or unlisted,
and a sitemap that names an unlisted pitch is worse than one that names none
(the platform unlist exists to take a pitch off the market, and the catalog
is a client query with no server-side feed to generate this from). When there
are pitches worth indexing this becomes a generated file; until then these
four are the whole public surface.

Each URL was checked against the router before being listed:
    / AppRoutes.landing — the landing page
    /privacy AppRoutes.privacyAlias — the store-listing alias
    /terms AppRoutes.termsAlias — the store-listing alias
    /delete-account.html web/delete-account.html — a real static file

NO <lastmod>. An honest one would have to move whenever the legal text or the
landing copy changed, and nothing in the build computes it — a stale date is
a claim, and a wrong claim about freshness is worse than no claim.
